    • "I have recently used Stones River appliance repair for my 11 year old Samsung dishwasher issues. It took a couple of trips - the first one they just cleaned the filter in the machine and we hoped for the best as that took care of the error message - then there was another error message so they came out and replaced the pump and— then the third time in response to an different error message it was determined the motor was leaking. So it was time for me to bite the bullet and buy a new machine. Chris was very generous and he installed and hauled off the old dishwasher for no charge because I had already paid for repairs that in the end didn’t take care of all the problems with the Samsung. I appreciate the way they stand behind their work and the ongoing customer support. I would very highly recommend, and I’m so happy to have found an appliance repair company that I can trust. I also appreciate the tips Chris provided as far as what cleaner to use for the machine itself and which dishwasher tabs would be best. It means a lot when the owner of the company actually does the work himself and stands behind it! "
